Thanksgiving to Christmas Fitness Countdown

It's that time again - the 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas where everyone I know is trying to stay in shape for the holidays.

I have one friend who went to the gym twice a day EVERY day last week just so she could stay guilt free while indulging in a third (yes, third!) helping of Thanksgiving dinner. I think that's crazy. I'm more of an "everything in moderation" type of girl.

This year, I'm going to try some of the best workouts for women and see which ones I like best so by the time January rolls around, I'll be ready to stick to my New Year's resolutions of staying active and healthy in 2012.

Can anyone recommend an easy workout plan?

I think working out on a steady plan works best for me.  I've been doing my 30 day challenges, making it a point to "keep moving".  Not a specific routine, but just keep in mind it's good to stay active.  And if you can keep something up for 30 days, you can make it a habit. It's been fun.  You can join my group if you want a challenge into the new year!   Healthy Living Natural Beauty
