week 2, and my guilty haven
so week 2 is here and honestly guys, theres no need to keep this experiment going. my skin, clarity wise has done a full 360. now the slight unevenness will take time but you have to be 2 in. away from my face to see that.

i know you didnt see a pic of my face when it was riddled with acne but please believe
me. it was not pretty. now i feel so much more confident X)
now my guilty haven is something in all of us.
im talking about the phenomenon of our own body craving a food that we might need at that time.
for example, a few months ago, i felt the sudden craving for grains. like granola bars, and wheat thins. i noticed that i wouldnt normally find these that satisfying but since i think my body craved it, it tasted amazing! lately this has been happening with proteins!
am i crazy?
