Sleep can help your skin

Have you ever woked up and look in the mirror and say " O Whoa" well to stop that reaction when waking up in the moring go to bed at 10:00 that or nine hours of sleep can help!


    I have always did that and I find personally that taking time to sleep is a good thing it can help you have healthy skin and also have a postive mood and that is good on a busy day. So, please just go to sleep and that will help a lot!

So true, I can always tell when I haven't gotten enough sleep, my skin looks blah and my eyes are all bloodshot -- not pretty.
