At this point in my life I thought I would be maintaining my weight loss. Unfortunately, I am starting it again. I had it under control at the age of 25. Now 36 and 50 lbs heavier. I rejoined Weight Watchers. A program I know that works. I lost 10% of my body weight when I was in Weight Watchers at the age of 25.
I know I'm doing this for myself. I'm also doing this to be able to play with my daughter who at this time is 5 3/4. Just the other day she said Mommy & Daddy are fat. Yes she said it. I told her we are working on loosing the weight so we can ride a bike with her, rollerskate with her, etc.
She also thinks she is fat. She is 50 lbs at the age of 5 3/4. Can I show her how to be healthy when I'm so unhealthy?< Previous Post Next Post >
