HELP! Having problems with this site!

I'm not sure why but everytime I read an article in the advice section and go to comment or rate it at the end, I can't!! For some reason the site won't let me and I wasn't sure if there was a certain number of articles you could comment on or something. I can still write reviews and comment on blogs, discussions, videos and other members profiles so I'm not sure if this is normal or if anyone else has experienced this problem too. And if so, do you know how to fix it??
