Review: MAC Kissable Lip Colour in En-Chantee
Sometimes you see a swatch or review and you know you just have to have it. That item today is super fantastic, and I love it! Okay that is out of the way, anyway for review we have MAC Kissable Lipcolour in En-Chantee.
"Luscious in pay-off and application, Kissable Lipcolour applies with the smooth glide of a lip gloss, then finishes with creamy pigment rich look of a lip stick. New slimline vial complete with doe-foot applicator." - MAC website
Kissable Lipcolours are limited editions that were recently released as part of the Peacocky Collection. Lipcolour really is the best way to describe this as isn't a lip gloss (more pigmented) and it isn't a gloss (not as slipery or shiny) but it is the perfect balance of the two. En-Chanteee is a light blue pink creme that (I think) would suit a large range of skin tones. I was very tempted to also pick up Woo Me, a light pinky nude but I was trying to behave myself, so I stuck with one.
I know I said it already, but I love this product! It is creamy and glides on perfectly. Since it is gloss like in texture, you don't have to be as concerned with the condition of you lips when you apply it, but it is a lighter colour so I like to apply a thin base to cover my natural lip colour, then apply a second layer to even it out. It isn't sticky, yet it does last a fairly long time. A hint of colour stays even after the shine has worn away. The tube is super slim and long, giving it a sleek sexy look and making just that bit different from your average lip gloss tube.
It doesn't look like any colours are sold out yet online, but if you are thinking of picking up on these don't wait too long, as mentioned they are limited edition. Have you tried these? What did you think?
