Saving Money using Envelopes

hello girls,

As promised this will be a post about saving money i hope this work you you guys as well as it work out for me.

What i do is label an envelope for each store i want to go to if i know i want to go to walmart and buy hairspray, and eyeliner and chapstick i know that will me about $15-20 so i take an envelope and label it drugstore or walmart whatever you want to label it ( or if you just want to reuse the envelope just put a sticky not on the inside ).  Then i put money in the envelope but only enough to buy the things i want.I put the envelopes in my purse so that if i go to walmart and i find a bunch of stuff i want i cant buy it because i dont have enough money. So if you have a problem with impulse buys i think this is a great way to stop it. It definatly works for me.

So keep checking back in the next couple day because i will be posting a nother way to save money. Hope this helps.
