So I was on the home page of totalbeauty.com and I noticed a picture of Kim Kardashian under the falsh eyelash tutorial link. Isn't it funny how some people think that her eyelashes are actually real? Lots of men will say they think Kim Kardashian is the most beautiful girl in the world. Well, this totally contradicts the fact that men also say they like NATURAL women; no makeup, perfume, dyes, wigs, weaves. Kim is the complete opposite of natural. She has had botox for no rational reason. Sure, she needs no retouching, but she wears piles of makeup and probably even has hair extensions.
I do not have anything against Kim. In fact, I love her style. It's just men who confuse me! They say they want a natural girl, so the minute I take my makeup off and they see another pretty girl with the makeup and hair, they run to her! How comical.
I guess I will never know the answer to the question. To be bare faced or not to be barefaced? I feel more confident with makeup and hair done, so I will continue my routine. And ultimately, I think confidence is the main attraction.

Confidence is always key. To an extent it almost irks me when men make very specific demands regarding looks and makeup. Find a guy that is into you for you, that's all we should require!

The real thing to do is find a man that will like you without your makeup. This may be a hard thing to do, but it will be worthwhile for you!

I guess different men like different things. For example, my ex hated when I wore makeup and my current guy doesn't even notice if I do or not.

I totally agree, and I think the problem is that guys don't always recognize things like false eyelashes and hair extensions. Basically, when they say they like "natural," they mean "makeup I can't tell is makeup." I know my boyfriend has learned a ton since living with me about all the work that goes into looking "natural."

Hey Kenia, I totally agree with you that confidence in the main attraction. Sure your sultry red pout might get them in the door, but there has to be more substance that just a pretty face to keep anyone interested (guy or girl). Shine on girl!
