What Cosmetic Products do You like to Splurge On?

We just had a great post today on Total Beauty on how to get celebrity make up looks with a low, medium or high budget.  I thought it was really interested because there are somethings I am totally willing to splurge on i.e. mineral mositurizer (it's essentially a foundation/sunscreen/bronzer in one), mascara and lip gloss.  But then there are other things that I have found the cheaper items (eyeliner, concealer, and eye shadow) to work pretty well in the cheaper categories.  So I'm curious what are the products you don't mind splurging for and what items do you love on the cheap.  

Here is my current most have beauty item that I'm willing to buy (even though it's $30 a month..eekk).
