Get Ready for Mother's Day With Carrie Underwood

We recently got to sit down with Carrie Underwood to talk about her latest campaign with Olay. It's called Beauty By Example -- and the goal is to honor one million moms by Mother's Day on May 13. "I feel like I fit right in with this campaign because my mom is my best friend -- she's beautiful inside and out," says Underwood. Even though her mom lives in Oklahoma, the singer doesn't have any trouble keeping in touch: "I talk to my mom literally every single day." When we asked her what she'll be getting her mom for Mother's Day, at first she said flowers. Then, she paused, thinking of another idea -- she looked hesitant to spill the secret. We promised not to tell, and she whispered the name of a shoe designer. Her mom is a lucky woman.

Knowing that Ritter is a big fan of Tarte makeup, Nadine contacted the beauty brand to see if they would sponsor the film. All the pieces fell into place, and the three actresses can be seen wearing Tarte makeup throughout.

"I think for my character especially, I wanted to look like every girl, the girl next door, understated," Ritter said. "In the middle, I'm a little unkempt but still pretty. And with Kate's character, we really wanted her to look crisp, icy, and cool. Rachel's character…  Read More »

Aveeno Launches New Positively Ageless Correcting Tinted Moisturizer

Fans of multi-tasking products, get excited. In February, Aveeno launched its newest product, Aveeno Positively Ageless Correcting Tinted Moisturizer, $19.99. This one little lotion (which is very similar to the popular BB Creams popping up everywhere) does a whole lot of good for your skin.

But the best part is that it also includes anti-aging ingredients to help improve discoloration and even skin tone over time. (So, in a nutshell, it combines about four products into one bottle, pretty sweet.)  Read More »
