NYX is hosting their first Fine Artistry of Cosmetic Elites (FACE) Awards. The brand's contest is bringing attention to the best beauty vloggers and is on the hunt for the most talented makeup maven on the web.
The winning YouTube beauty guru will score big, because the prize includes: $25,000, a year's supply of NYX goodies, access to industry experts, and the title of "National Beauty Vlogger of The Year." Looks like "Tanning Mom" isn't the only one with a bronze obsession. Despite the fact that experts continuously stress the dangers of ultraviolet radiation exposure -- from both the sun and indoor tanning -- women continue to put themselves at risk.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's "Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report," 32 percent of young, white women ages 18 to 21 used indoor tanning equipment at least once in the past year. In the same time span, this group's average use was a whopping 28 times. This startling report comes at a time when several states are looking to follow in California's footsteps and legally ban indoor tanning for minors.

Sure, Giuliana Rancic's life seems pretty glamorous -- she has a reality TV show with her hot husband, Bill, and her job for the last 10 years has been to interview celebrities for E! News. So we were surprised to learn just how savvy she is with do-it-yourself beauty. Here are Rancic's top DIY tricks:
1. She puts on her own false lashes. She uses Ardell Wispies (the full strips) and emphasizes the importance of black glue. "The secret is letting the glue dry on the lashes -- just until it gets tacky -- and then you can mold them onto your eyes," she explains.
